At Ensia, we want you to love every piece you receive. In the rare case that something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Policy
You can raise a return request within 2 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
Simply write to us at care@ensia.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and product images.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals intact.

A full unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is required to process any claims for missing, damaged, or wrong items.

Returns will not be accepted for products purchased during sale events, with discount codes, or for customized/personalized jewelry.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in case of damaged or defective products.

No size-based or preference-based exchanges are allowed.

If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.
Initiating a Return or Exchange

Email us at care@ensia.in within 2 days of delivery.

Mention your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and attach images (and the unboxing video, if applicable).

Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if eligible.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and inspection.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details will be collected from you securely).
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
