7-day returns for damaged or defective pieces. If your order arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it — no questions asked. Please check your pieces on delivery; change-of-mind returns aren't accepted on jewellery for hygiene reasons.

6-month anti-tarnish promise. Every piece is sealed with an anti-tarnish coat. If the gold finish fades under normal wear within 6 months, we replace it. This covers the finish, not physical damage, bending, or misuse.
